Available services
WatermarkGemini provides tools for editing supported images and MP4 videos. Available operations include image watermark removal, PRO processing, eligible image refinement, video watermark removal, background removal and object removal. Availability depends on the selected tool and current service configuration.
Follow the file requirements and output information shown in the tool. A guide, tool name or “Coming Soon” page does not mean that processing is available. Dedicated PDF processing, batch processing and moving-watermark tracking are not currently supported.
For video fixed-area processing, the selected area applies to the entire video. It is intended for a watermark that stays in one place; it does not follow a moving watermark.
Your content and permission
You retain the rights you hold in your original content. Upload only files you own or have permission to upload, modify and send to the service providers involved in processing. You authorize us to store, transmit, process and return those files to provide the requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Using our tools does not give you ownership of someone else’s content or permission to alter a mark without authorization. Do not use the service to misrepresent authorship, evade licensing requirements or infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
Publishing site content
Only authorized editors may submit website articles and public assets through our content tools. You must have permission to publish the text and original images you submit, including any necessary permission from people whose information appears in them. These submissions and publication audit records are stored in Git and its history for review and website publication. They are separate from private media submitted for processing. Do not submit confidential or private files as public site assets.
Starting a task
Selecting or previewing a file does not by itself start an allowance-consuming removal task. Google sign-in is required for processing.
In the watermark workspaces, uploading, compatibility checks and quoting may continue automatically after sign-in. These preparation steps do not consume processing allowance. Review the operation, output, cost and allowance unit on the processing button before starting. Background and object removal start when you request the removal action; that request can resume after sign-in.
Free uses and processing credits
Free image uses and processing credits are separate allowances. Accounts receive an initial free image use. Daily check-in can add another use, subject to the cap shown in your account, including uses reserved for unfinished tasks.
Standard image watermark removal, background removal and object removal use free image uses first, then eligible purchased image credits. If neither allowance can cover the task, the watermark workspace may still quote separately allocated processing credits. PRO processing, image refinement and video processing use processing credits allocated by an administrator. Signing up does not automatically grant these credits, and free uses or purchased image credits are not converted into processing credits.
Each new processing task, including a refinement or a separately requested attempt, has its own allowance requirement. A quote can expire or change when you choose another file, mode or selection; review the current cost before proceeding.
Purchased image credits and refunds
New purchases are currently paused. Checkout is available only when enabled by the service. Pausing new purchases does not remove existing purchased balances, orders or access to refund support. Existing orders and task reservations remain subject to the confirmation, recovery and refund rules below.
Purchased image credits cover standard image watermark removal, background removal and object removal, after free uses are used first. When no free use is available, standard image watermark removal costs 100 Credits per image, background removal costs 10 Credits per image, and object removal costs 10 Credits per processing request. Local editing, viewing a result and downloading it again cost no Credits. Each new server processing request has its own charge. Review the quoted amount before starting; accepted tasks keep their original reservation rather than being repriced on a retry.
Purchased image credits do not cover PRO processing, image refinement or video processing. The Pro package name denotes the package size and does not unlock PRO image processing. Processing credits shown separately in the workspace are an administrator-allocated allowance, and cannot be combined with purchased image credits to pay for one task. Free uses count operations, while purchased credits fund the displayed per-operation price; these balances are not added together.
Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Review the package, number of Credits, currency and total price before approving PayPal checkout. Credits are added to the Google account that created the order only after the server confirms payment; a PayPal approval screen alone is not confirmation. Purchased image credits have no scheduled expiry, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash apart from an applicable purchase refund.
To request a refund, contact support with the order number, preferably before using the purchased Credits. A purchase with used or reserved Credits, a partial refund, a payment dispute or a reversal requires review. Affected purchase batches may be frozen while the payment is reviewed or refunded. A later processing failure cannot restore Credits from a refunded or frozen batch; free uses and separately allocated processing credits are not revoked by that purchase refund. An order’s displayed status is not a promise that PayPal has already completed a refund. These rules do not limit refund rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Task status and returned allowance
Starting a workspace task reserves its quoted allowance. A successfully completed task consumes the reserved allowance. Confirmed processing failures return the originally reserved amount in the same allowance unit.
A lost connection does not necessarily mean a task failed. An uncertain submission may remain pending while the existing request is checked. Use the existing task and its status controls instead of starting a duplicate. Recovery also handles tasks that did not start or could not be confirmed. Check the task status and your balance for the outcome; an unclear outcome is not an immediate refund confirmation. A late result does not create another debit after its reservation has been returned.
Results and temporary access
Results depend on the source file, watermark and selected operation. We do not guarantee complete removal or preservation of every detail. Processing may change format, dimensions, transparency or other media properties. Examples and comparison illustrations do not guarantee a particular result. Review outputs before using or sharing them, and keep your original files.
Files and results are temporary. Download results before the expiry shown in the workspace; access links may expire sooner. Refreshing a link cannot restore a result whose retention period has ended. Expiry of a delivered file does not itself mean the processing task failed. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or malicious material, access other users’ files, bypass account or allowance controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend affected access to protect users and service operation.
Service changes and contact
Features may be temporarily unavailable or change over time. We may update these terms and will show the updated date here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
